Section 463
Deed Deemed To Be Registered
If any deed submitted by a person
to the concerned office for approval pursuant to this Chapter is
approved by such an office, such a deed shall be deemed to be
registered.
Explanation: For the purposes of this Chapter, the term
“concerned office” means such an office as may be designated by
the Government of Nepal, by a notification in the Nepal Gazette,
and includes the concerned Land Revenue Office until the office is
so designated.
